Toddlers and Infants benefit the most out of Interactions and be telephones, tablets, or it tv, and so from exposure real life adventures.
Kids who watch a lot of TV early in life might have delayed language abilities, however larger studies concluded two hours or less don’t damage cognitive functioning provided that kids and teens get at least 60 minutes of exercise every day and nine to 11 hours of sleep.
